By accessing or using the verydash platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Enterprise Subscriptions

verydash operates on an enterprise subscription model. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the applicable Services. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in your master service agreement (MSA).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

verydash retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, verydash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
