Verydash (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a remote software company. This policy explains how we handle personal data on verydash.com, in our products (EduPro, MedFlow and RestoHub), in our Learn Python course and in our custom software services (together, the “Services”).

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company and project details when you contact us through our form, email or WhatsApp, and billing details when you buy our course or services.
Technical information: basic data such as IP address, browser and device type in our server logs. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them; see our Cookie Policy.
Data in our products: when an organisation uses EduPro, MedFlow or RestoHub, that organisation controls the data it enters. We process it on its behalf to run the service.

To reply to your enquiries and deliver the Services.
To process payments and send receipts and invoices.
To provide support and tell you about security or service updates.
To improve our website and products.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Services, such as our payment processor (Razorpay) and the companies that host our website, products and email. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

Encryption: data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.
Access and backups: role-based access controls and automated daily backups.
Testing: automated security scans on every code release.
Compliance: we align our data handling with GDPR and CCPA. We do not currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2 or HIPAA; if your organisation needs one, tell us and we will scope it with you.

6. How Long We Keep Data

We keep personal data only as long as we need it to work with you and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. After that we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in Europe or CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data. To use these rights, email team@verydash.com.

Our website and course are not aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. Schools using EduPro may store student records; the school controls that data.
